She is larger than the verdict of calculation
Xifeng manages, delegates, jokes, intimidates and reads complicated ritual situations at speed. Both her charisma and the harm she causes arise from agency. She cannot be reduced to a cruel villain, nor can admiration for competence erase manipulation.
